Threat Intelligence Platforms

Abstract

In this lecture I will overview the current research issues, challenges and developments concerning Threat Intelligence platforms. I will review the motivations and the threat intelligence process. Next, I will devise threats, threat information sources and intelligence techniques for extracting knowledge about threats, as well as standards and platforms that can be exploited to structure and share such knowledge. Finally, I will describe the CS4E experience on Threat Intelligence.
